NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Eighth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of The IEE Malaysia Branch, for the year 2006 will be held at THE ARMADA HOTEL, PETALING JAYA on the 25th of March 2006 at 2.00 pm.
The Agenda for the AGM is as follows :-
1) Welcome remarks by Chairman, Prof. Dato. Ir. Dr. Mashkuri Yaacob,
2) To receive and adopt the Minutes of the Seventh AGM (2005),
3) To receive and adopt the Report by Honorary Secretary for the 2005/2006 session,
4) To receive and adopt the Report by Honorary Treasurer for the 2005/2006 session,
5) To elect the Committee for 2006/2007 session,
6) To elect the Internal Auditors for 2006/2007,
7) Others matters.
